This business began long before it had a name. It started with me, Tommy Sieling, who grew up teaching myself how to solve technical issues. Over the years, that curiosity turned into a career that crossed industries, roles, and challenges, each one teaching me not just about technology, but about people. I learned that what most people need isn’t just someone who can “fix the tech,” but someone who can walk with them until it finally feels manageable instead of intimidating.
