Tom and SyncTech Solutions have been absolutely fantastic to work with. He completely took over and revamped the B’More Bites Vending website, taking it from something that felt outdated and pretty basic to a website that I’m genuinely proud to send people to. The difference is night and day. He also helped me improve my Google Business Profile and has been incredibly patient throughout the entire process. I am definitely not the most tech-savvy person, and Tom has always taken the time to explain things in a way that makes sense without ever making it complicated. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and just very easy to work with. What I also really like about SyncTech Solutions is that Tom can help with so much more than just building a website. Whether you need website development, computer and IT management, virus and security solutions, or help figuring out the technology side of your business, he’s someone I would absolutely recommend calling.
